God Knows You and Cares For You

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭139:13-18‬ ‭TPT‬‬
“You formed my innermost being, shaping my delicate inside and my intricate outside, and wove them all together in my mother’s womb.
I thank you, God, for making me so mysteriously complex! Everything you do is marvelously breathtaking. It simply amazes me to think about it! How thoroughly you know me, Lord! You even formed every bone in my body when you created me in the secret place; carefully, skillfully you shaped me from nothing to something.
You saw who you created me to be before I became me…”

What a reassurance of God’s love and care for us!  No matter how we were conceived, He knew us from the start. He is the one who formed us in the wombs of our mothers. “Carefully”, and “skillfully” He formed every capillary, blood vessel, bone, muscle, ligament, tendon, tissue and system. What a work of art!

May I say to you today, you are not an accident! God cherishes you! He wants the best for you! He created you with purpose embedded within you. He has created you with gifts and talents to fulfill that purpose, and to glorify His name. Sometimes, we stray from His purpose for our lives, but He is always there to forgive and restore!

Your life is precious! Your purpose is precious to God!
You may have been told you are no good!
You may have been told you will amount to nothing!
You may have been rejected by the people you cared about!
Life’s trials may have taken a toll on you!

BUT, KNOW THIS! GOD HAS NOT ABANDONED YOU!  King David knew  the result of repentance before God. Therefore, when faced with difficult seasons, He was careful to confess His sins and allow God to show him his wrongs. He understood
that through all His difficult periods, God was still there to forgive him, fight for him, and bring restoration, in His season.

Today, let us confess any sin that may be causing hindrances and setback to our blessings and breakthrough. Let us, like the psalmist say: “Search me, O God, and know my heart: Try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting.”
